This notice explains which personal data www.appgenda.it processes, and why. It covers this website only: the booking pages that businesses publish with Appgenda carry their own notice.
Who is responsible
The controller is BDF Communication S.r.l. semplificata, registered office Via Andrea Cesalpino 60, 20128 Milano (MI), tax code and VAT no. 08997830966. For any privacy question, write to privacy@appgenda.it.
When you visit the site
Like any website, the server records page requests in a log file: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the result, the size of the response, the referring page, and the type of browser and operating system. Requests for images, fonts, style sheets and scripts are not recorded.
We use this only to run the site and protect it, for example to recognise and block abusive access attempts. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). The logs are deleted automatically after at most 8 days.
When you write to us
If you write to us, at info@appgenda.it or privacy@appgenda.it, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write, to reply and, if you ask, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). We keep the correspondence for as long as it takes to handle the request and any relationship that follows; if none follows, we delete it within 24 months of the last contact.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It uses no analytics, profiling or advertising tools, and loads nothing from other websites: fonts, images and scripts all come from our own server. That is why we don't ask for any consent.
The booking demo on the home page is a demonstration: it runs only in your browser, creates no appointment, and neither sends nor saves what you enter.
Who receives the data
The data is processed by us and by the providers who help us, acting as processors: the provider of the server that hosts the site (OVH, in the European Union) and the email provider (Aruba, in Italy). We do not sell or pass on data to anyone, and we do not transfer it outside the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct or delete it, restrict its processing, object to its processing, and receive it in a readable format (GDPR arts. 15–22), by writing to privacy@appgenda.it. You also have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Changes
If anything changes in how the site handles data, we update this page and the date at the top.
